PRODUCT SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING

Mother Bloomed only offers postage within Australia.

Once your order has been received, your items will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours, although during peak seasons like Christmas or during a sale, it may take 2-4 business days. When it has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and details.

 

We ship using either Australia Post or Couriers, shipping times depend on your location and could be as fast as 3 business days or up to 5-7 business days if you are located in remote or rural areas. 

For locations like Western Australia and North Queensland, this may be up to 7-14 business days. 

If you require your order by a specific date or are concerned about your order, contact us so we can assist you.

 

During peak seasons like Christmas, shipping times with Australia Post and Couriers may be longer. We do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required.

We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and/or additional delivery costs are incurred, you may be liable to pay these costs.

 

Mother Bloomed offers the following shipping options:

Standard

  • $12 flat rate 
  • Free shipping on orders $150+ 

 

Express Post

  • $18 flat rate 

 

Orders shipped to PO BOXES or PARCEL LOCKERS may incur an additional charge. This will be communicated with you before your order is shipped. Bulky items cannot be shipped to PO BOXES or PARCEL LOCKERS.

 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders $50+ to addresses located in Darebin, Hume & Merri-bek VIC.

A SMS or email notification will be issued when your order is ready for delivery and when your order has been delivered.

Please advise us of any specific delivery details, such as where to leave your package etc... at check out.

 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We take great pride in getting your orders packed and ready for shipping as quickly as possible, so it is important to check all your details are correct before proceeding with your purchase.

If you have made a mistake with your address or delivery instructions, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can amend them before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped we will do our best to assist you however in most cases you will need to contact the courier directly to attempt to update the details. If this is not possible then the item will most likely be returned to us and we will then contact you to arrange shipping to the correct address (additional shipping charges will apply).

Orders returned to Mother Bloomed due to incorrect address or failure to collect from a postage service outlet, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee. Shipping charges from the original dispatch are non-refundable. If a package has been returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as possible to organise a re-delivery. If we do not hear back from you or are unable to contact you after several attempts, we will refund you the original purchase price of the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.

 

 

RETURNS

We take great pride in ensuring your shopping experience with us is easy and enjoyable. You will find detailed descriptions of each product on our site, however if you are still unsure about something, require further clarification, information or images, please contact us.  

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and are here to assist you wherever we can.

 

All return, exchange or refund enquires must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Items damaged during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of order receipt.

 

Please email us at hello@motherbloomed.com.au include your name, contact phone number, order number and a brief description (including images if applicable) of the item you are wanting to return, exchange or refund.

 

 

RETURNS OR CHANGE OF MIND

If you happen to change your mind and want to return your purchase, please contact us so we can arrange this with you. Items must be returned at the cost of the customer in its original unused and unwashed condition with tags/packaging still attached (if applicable) Items must be returned to us using a tracked shipping service. We will not be responsible for items that are lost in transit or do not get to us.

Once the item has been received we will contact you to confirm the return and arrange a replacement item or store credit with you. No refunds are issued for change of mind returns.

If the replacement item is of lesser value than the original, we will refund you the difference, if it is more than the original, then you will be required to pay the difference. All replacement items will incur an additional postage fee of $12 standard flat rate shipping.

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty please contact us so we can arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

We will cover the postage costs for both the return of the faulty item to us and sending out a replacement to you. Faulty items must be returned in its original unused and unwashed condition with tags/packaging still attached (if applicable).

 

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.

 

 

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

We put a lot of love and care into packing your orders and make every effort to ensure your products arrive safely, but unfortunately sometimes they may get damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to open and check each item upon receiving your order to confirm that all items are correct and there is no damage. If for some reason your items arrive damaged, please contact us asap. Please include photos in your email of the damaged item so that we can assess the damage, contact the shipping provider and take appropriate action with both you and them. 

Failure to report a damaged package or item within 48 hrs of receiving it will mean you have accepted the goods and no replacements/refunds will be issued.
