Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, accessing or participating in any Mother Bloomed product, program, coaching service, workshop, digital product, resource or other offering.

By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, booking a coaching session or otherwise participating in a Mother Bloomed offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase or use any Mother Bloomed products or services.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Mother Bloomed", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Mother Bloomed and its owner/operator. "You", "your" or "participant" refers to the person purchasing, accessing or participating in our products or services.

1. ABOUT MOTHER BLOOMED

Mother Bloomed provides educational content, personal development resources, coaching, self-guided programs, workshops, digital products and related services designed to support women as they navigate the identity shift and personal experience of motherhood.

Our offerings may include, but are not limited to:

  • self-guided online programs;

  • digital PDFs, guides and workbooks;

  • audio and video content;

  • coaching programs;

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) activations and experiences;

  • 1:1 coaching;

  • group coaching;

  • workshops and events;

  • Mother's Blessing resources and ceremonies;

  • educational resources;

  • community or group support;

  • consultations; and

  • other personal development products or services offered from time to time.

The specific inclusions, duration, format and price of each offering will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing or participating in any Mother Bloomed offering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Additional terms may apply to particular products, programs, events or services and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Where applicable, those additional terms form part of your agreement with Mother Bloomed.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Mother Bloomed services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By purchasing or participating in a Mother Bloomed coaching program, workshop or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

If we become aware that a person under 18 has purchased a service that is intended for adults, we reserve the right to cancel their participation and, where appropriate, provide a refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price payable for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Mother Bloomed reserves the right to change prices, offers, payment plans or promotional pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and paid for.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the relevant product, program, community or service.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Certain Mother Bloomed offerings are digital products, including but not limited to PDFs, workbooks, guides, audio recordings, video content, online courses, templates and other downloadable or online resources.

Digital products are intangible products and are provided electronically.

Unless otherwise stated, a digital product is provided as a one-time purchase and does not involve an ongoing subscription or recurring fee.

Digital products are for your personal use only and are not physical products.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, opened or made available to you, it is considered delivered.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection, software and email address required to access the digital product.

If you do not receive access to your digital product after purchase, please contact Mother Bloomed and provide reasonable transaction or payment details so that we can assist you with delivery or access.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUNDS

Because digital products are intangible and may be accessed or downloaded immediately following purchase, Mother Bloomed does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, failure to complete the product or dissatisfaction with the personal results obtained from using the product.

However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a digital product is defective, inaccessible or materially different from what was represented at the time of purchase, please contact Mother Bloomed so that we can work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

7. COACHING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER

Mother Bloomed provides coaching, education, personal development tools and reflective experiences.

Our services are intended to support personal reflection, awareness, decision-making and personal growth.

Mother Bloomed coaching and programs are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic services and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Mother Bloomed does not diagnose, treat or manage mental health conditions, psychological disorders, trauma or other medical conditions.

Nothing provided through a Mother Bloomed offering should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where your individual circumstances require it.

8. YOUR PROGRESS AND RESULTS ARE PERSONAL

Every woman's experience of motherhood, matrescence, identity and personal growth is different.

Your experience and results from participating in a Mother Bloomed offering will depend on a range of individual factors, including your circumstances, level of engagement, willingness to reflect, choices, actions, consistency and application of the material.

Mother Bloomed does not guarantee any particular result, transformation, outcome or timeframe.

Participation in a Mother Bloomed program does not guarantee that you will:

  • achieve a particular goal;

  • feel a particular way;

  • experience a particular emotional or personal transformation;

  • change a particular circumstance;

  • improve a particular relationship;

  • make a particular life decision; or

  • experience the same results as another participant.

Testimonials, reviews and examples of other participants' experiences are provided for illustration only and are not a guarantee or representation of the results you will personally achieve.

Mother Bloomed provides the framework, tools, questions, guidance and space for reflection.

What you do with those tools is ultimately your choice and responsibility.

9. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By participating in a Mother Bloomed offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and wellbeing.

Mother Bloomed does not make decisions on your behalf.

Any suggestions, questions, exercises, reflections, perspectives or guidance provided through our programs or services are intended to support your own thinking and decision-making.

You remain responsible for determining what is appropriate for your own circumstances.

This includes decisions relating to your personal life, relationships, family, career, finances, health, wellbeing and any other area of your life.

10. EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

Some Mother Bloomed content may involve reflection on identity, motherhood, relationships, beliefs, experiences, emotions, values or areas of your life that may feel uncomfortable or emotionally challenging.

You are encouraged to move through the material at your own pace and take a break whenever you need one.

You may choose not to complete an exercise or participate in a discussion if you feel it is not appropriate for you.

If participation in a Mother Bloomed offering causes significant emotional distress or brings up trauma or other concerns, you should pause your participation and seek support from an appropriately qualified health or mental health professional.

Mother Bloomed coaching and resources are not designed to diagnose, treat or manage mental health conditions or trauma and are not a replacement for professional care.

If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, seek urgent assistance from an appropriate emergency or mental health service.

11. COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Coaching is a collaborative process.

Mother Bloomed will provide guidance, questions, frameworks, education, resources and support, but cannot do the work for you.

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed and that you are responsible for your own participation, interpretation, decisions and actions.

Mother Bloomed reserves the right to determine whether coaching is an appropriate service for a particular individual.

Where a matter falls outside the scope of Mother Bloomed coaching, we may recommend that you seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

12. PROGRAM ACCESS

Access to a Mother Bloomed program is provided according to the access period and inclusions communicated at the time of purchase.

Where a program includes time-limited access, live sessions, group coaching, community access or other time-specific components, access may be subject to the dates, times and conditions specified for that particular offering.

Mother Bloomed does not guarantee that you will complete a program or attend every session.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, access to a recording or alternative session is only available where specifically stated as part of that offering.

Mother Bloomed reserves the right to update, modify, replace or improve program content, materials, schedules, delivery methods or features where reasonably necessary.

13. 1:1 COACHING

Where you purchase 1:1 coaching, sessions will be provided according to the agreed coaching package.

Appointments must be scheduled according to the availability provided by Mother Bloomed.

If you need to reschedule a coaching appointment, reasonable notice should be provided.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments or failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in the session being considered used.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling conditions may apply to individual coaching packages and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

14. GROUP PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY

Where a Mother Bloomed offering includes access to a group, community, live calls or other shared environment, you agree to participate respectfully and appropriately.

You must not:

  • harass, threaten or abuse another participant;

  • discriminate against or demean another participant;

  • share another participant's personal information without permission;

  • record or distribute private group discussions without permission;

  • reproduce or distribute program materials;

  • use the community to promote unrelated products or services without permission; or

  • engage in conduct that Mother Bloomed reasonably considers inappropriate or disruptive.

Mother Bloomed reserves the right to remove or restrict access to a participant who breaches these requirements.

Where access is removed because of serious or repeated inappropriate conduct, no refund will necessarily be provided, subject to applicable consumer law.

15. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Mother Bloomed respects confidentiality and privacy of participants.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and keep personal information or stories shared within a private group, coaching session or community confidential.

You must not reproduce, publish, distribute or share another participant's personal disclosures without their express permission.

Our handling of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Mother Bloomed materials remain the intellectual property of Mother Bloomed unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • program content;

  • workbooks;

  • PDFs;

  • audio recordings;

  • video recordings;

  • exercises;

  • frameworks;

  • methods;

  • worksheets;

  • templates;

  • written content;

  • graphics;

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • photographs;

  • course materials;

  • coaching resources; and

  • other original materials provided by Mother Bloomed.

Your purchase provides you with a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal use.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, share, licence, commercialise or otherwise exploit Mother Bloomed materials without our prior written permission.

You may not use Mother Bloomed materials to create, teach, market or sell your own competing program, course, coaching framework or product.

17. SHARING OF DIGITAL CONTENT

Your purchase is for your individual use unless otherwise expressly stated.

You must not share your login details, downloadable files, course access, recordings, workbooks or other paid content with another person.

You must not upload Mother Bloomed materials to file-sharing platforms, social media, websites, online communities or other public or private platforms.

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

18. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

Mother Bloomed may invite participants to provide feedback, testimonials or reviews.

By voluntarily providing feedback or a testimonial, you grant Mother Bloomed permission to use that feedback for marketing, promotional and educational purposes, including on our website, social media, email marketing and other promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Mother Bloomed will not knowingly misrepresent your experience.

You may contact us if you have concerns about how your testimonial or feedback is being used.

19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Mother Bloomed may use or link to third-party platforms, websites, applications or services to deliver aspects of our products or services.

These may include payment processors, video platforms, email platforms, scheduling platforms, online course platforms and other technology providers.

Mother Bloomed is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, policies or practices of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

20. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Mother Bloomed makes reasonable efforts to ensure that digital products, websites, online programs and other services are accessible and functioning as intended.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Technical issues may occur due to internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party platforms, software, maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a product or service, please contact Mother Bloomed so that we can take reasonable steps to assist you.

21. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Mother Bloomed reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access to a product, program, community or service where the participant:

  • breaches these Terms and Conditions;

  • engages in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour;

  • shares or distributes paid content without permission;

  • infringes Mother Bloomed's intellectual property rights; or

  • otherwise engages in conduct that materially impacts Mother Bloomed or other participants.

Where access is terminated due to a serious breach of these Terms, no refund will necessarily be provided, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Mother Bloomed does not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use or complete a program, failure to participate, failure to attend sessions, or failure to achieve a desired personal result, except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.

For digital products, once content has been accessed, downloaded or made available to you, the product is considered delivered.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where you believe a product or service does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact Mother Bloomed so that the matter can be assessed and an appropriate remedy considered in accordance with applicable law.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mother Bloomed is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your participation in a Mother Bloomed offering where that loss results from your own decisions, actions, interpretation or use of the information or resources provided.

Mother Bloomed is not responsible for personal, professional, financial, relationship, health or other outcomes arising from your participation in our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable Australian law.

24. NO GUARANTEE

Mother Bloomed makes no guarantee that:

  • a program will meet your individual expectations;

  • you will achieve a particular outcome;

  • you will experience a particular transformation;

  • you will achieve a particular goal;

  • the information provided will be suitable for every individual circumstance; or

  • participation will result in any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship or lifestyle outcome.

Your results are personal to you.

25. FORCE MAJEURE

Mother Bloomed will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, illness, technical failures, internet outages, third-party platform failures, government restrictions, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Mother Bloomed will endeavour to communicate any significant disruption and provide an appropriate alternative where available.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Mother Bloomed may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will be made available on our website.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms and Conditions are published, unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of Mother Bloomed services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You agree that any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of Mother Bloomed services will be subject to the applicable laws and courts of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with any specific terms communicated to you at the time of purchase and any applicable Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Mother Bloomed in relation to the relevant product or service.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

  • you understand that Mother Bloomed provides coaching, education and personal development resources and not medical or psychological treatment;

  • you understand that your progress and results are personal and cannot be guaranteed;

  • you accept responsibility for your own decisions, actions and participation;

  • you understand that digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately following purchase; and

  • you understand that nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
